Placement prints or Engineered Prints 

Till recently fabric would have a repeating pattern. Thats no longer necessary with the advent of digital printing. The print design we offer typically has an area thats about 44" x 60" without repetition. It becomes possible to place artwork on the garment with every part of the print being unique. We adjust scale, color palettes, and re-paint areas to work with your pattern.

Workflow and Schedule

You can do the art placement yourself or we can help. This schedule does not include the time you spend to make approvals

Day1. You choose the art and the base fabric and send us the garment pattern with some guidelines on how the artwork should be placed.                                    We create a 3d model of the garment in Clo3d or Marvelous Designer.       

Day3-6                                                                                                                    We place the artwork on the garment and send you some quick renderings      . We go back and forth till you approve the placement   

Day 7-10 We print the placed art on polyester as its quicker to print on and we would print strike offs of the artwork on your chosen base fabric during this time and send you the polyester print and the strike off     

Day 12-16 : you receive the artwork

Once we have your approval, we go into production and your fabric is ready to ship in 5-6 days. If Shipping by air you will get the fabric in a week.
