  4. Returns and Cancellation:

    • Customer satisfaction is a priority, and each query is handled individually. A full refund is offered if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
    • Request a returns number within 14 days of receiving your order. Return unsuitable items within 7 days of receiving the returns number. Items should be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all tags attached. Damaged, soiled, or label-less returns may not be accepted.
    • Return items from the same country of delivery to avoid additional charges or customs delays. Any secure means of return is accepted, but we may not accept liability.
    • Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item. Include the provided designer packaging with your return.
    • For faulty items, contact our Customer Care team for alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
    • When returning goods from non-US countries, complete the necessary customs declaration and enclose it with your return. Refunds will be credited to the original account, minus taxes, duties, and shipping charges. Contact Customer Care for further assistance.

  5. Statutory Cancellation Rights:

    • Within the US, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items. Notify us in writing via email to cancel.
    • If you wish to cancel after the items are dispatched, notify us within 14 days and return the items at your expense within a further 14 days.
    • We may deduct from the reimbursement if the items' value is lost due to unnecessary handling by you.

  6. Passing of Property and Risk:

    • We retain legal ownership of items until full payment is received.
    • If a refund is issued, legal ownership reverts to us.
    • Risk in the items transfers to you upon delivery.

  7. Refunds:

    • Items that are unworn, unused, and undamaged are eligible for a full refund.

    • Unauthorized use of content or trademarks is prohibited without prior written consent.

  10. Disputes:

    • Any dispute related to your visit to the website or purchase of items from ARTATAK shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
    • We reserve the right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the US courts if there is a violation or threat to our intellectual property rights, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
    • The arbitrator's decision will be binding and can be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
    • Disputes involving other parties subject to this agreement cannot be joined with arbitration proceedings.
    • If arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, disputes will be submitted to an appropriate court or judicial body in the US, and the relevant provisions of this section will still apply.

    • These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us regarding your use of the website and any purchases from ARTATAK, superseding any prior proposals or agreements.
