Terms and Conditions: 1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to written acceptance by Artatak, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Pricing and availability are confirmed only after an official order acknowledgment. 2. Payment Terms: 50% advance payment must be made before production starts unless other terms are agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For bulk or custom orders. Balance to be paid before shipping on the completion of the order. Any payment delays may result in shipping delays. 3. Shipping & Delivery: Artatak ships globally. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Most deliveries can be made within a week, once the product is handed over to the courier, Artatak is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import duties, or other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in their country. These are not included in the purchase price. 4. Product Specifications & Custom Orders: All products are described and shown as accurately as possible on the website. Custom orders are created to customer specifications. Customers will approve the customization before production begins and once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made. 5. Returns & Refunds: Artatak does not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, the client must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, with photographs showing the issue. Refunds will only be processed after Artatak has inspected the returned product and confirmed the defect. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. 6. Intellectual Property: All artwork, designs, and materials used by Artatak remain the intellectual property of Artatak. Customers do not gain ownership of any designs created by Artatak. Any reproduction or distribution of Artatak’s designs is prohibited. 7. Limitation of Liability: Artatak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss. 8. Cancellation & Modifications: Any modifications or cancellations of orders will be charged as per the expenses incurred and time invested. The charges for the changes are subject to Artatak’s discretion. Cancellation after production has begun will billed at 100% of total billed amount. 9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts. 10. Force Majeure: Artatak is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
